Cancellation Policy

In order to streamline the in-spa experience, payment information will be due upon appointment booking.

To ensure our guests have the most available appointment options, we implement a 24-hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the total cost of booked service(s). No-shows will be charged the full price for their appointment.
